Living Areas

• The villa's main open-concept interior features a luxurious lounge. The Caribbean Ocean is never out of sight, and the interior positively glows with its changing light.
• The décor is exquisite throughout, from the original artwork on the walls, to the lovely parquet floors and charming palms of carved wood.
• The media room equipped with satellite, local cable and Apple TV, as well as a selection of puzzles and games. The beautiful, large sectional that wraps around the room is big enough for the entire family.
• The light-filled library features beautiful views of the garden, two reading chairs and a large desk.
• The lower floor veranda features a lounge area, two porch swings, and a ping pong table.
• Our dedicated office space features a large wooden desk, a desktop computer with high-speed internet, and a small sitting area.
• The fitness center contains a Peloton spin bike, weights, resistance bands, yoga mats and yoga blocks.
• Our staff can arrange on-site personal training or yoga/pilates classes at your discretion.

Beachfront

• A set of stairs leads you from the outdoor dining pavilion down to the stunning Pink Sands Beach, where sun chairs and umbrellas are set up daily for your use.
• Sea kayaks, paddle boards, and other ocean toys are available for your use, with a staff member always on hand to assist you and offer refreshments.

Guest Rooms

• The master bedroom features a king size canopy bed, private ocean view terrace, and two separate bathrooms.
• The Beach Lady room features a king size bed, two built-in closets, satellite tv, and an ensuite bathroom with a large bathtub and alfresco shower.
• The Ocean room features a king size bed, two built-in closets, satellite tv, and an ensuite bathroom with a large bathtub and alfresco shower.
• The Seahorse room is perfect for anyone with a newborn or small child. In addition to a king size bed, this room also includes a small crib and a baby tub in the ensuite bathroom, an interior shower, satellite tv and a very spacious sitting area.
• The Chanticleer Room has a queen size bed, stunning views and a private terrace which connects to a library. The ensuite contains an interior shower.
• Tucked away amongst the gardens, the Palm Cottage features a king size bed, a small kitchenette, satellite tv, an ensuite bathroom with alfresco shower, and a private ocean view terrace with two sun loungers.

Dining

• Lunch and Dinner at Rosalita are provided by our chef. You may choose to dine inside the elegant main salon, on the upper veranda, or in the beachfront Cabana dining pavilion.
• All dining areas overlook the stunning Pink Sands Beach and Caribbean Sea.
• In addition to your own personal chef, the kitchen is fully equipped with chef grade appliances and a breakfast bar.
• The kitchen pantry is fully stocked with soft drinks, juices, tea, coffee, snacks and fruit.
