1. The Pool House
The pool house contains a large bar with seating, a backgammon table, checker boards, and storage for various pool toys.
2. Outdoor Dining Area
Enjoy stunning views of the Caribbean Sea from the alfresco dining pavilion, which has seating for up to twenty-four people.
3. Swimming Pool
Rosalita has a heated (84F/29C) 60 x 20 foot swimming pool, finished in a stunning Bisazza mosaic glass tile imported from Spain. The pool is surrounded by shade and sun options, and a large selection of sun chairs, loungers, and a lovely covered pavillion.
4. Fitness Centre
Our fitness center contains a Peloton spin bike and bike shoe collection, and is connected with access to NYC live or taped spin classes. The gym also contains weights, resistance bands, yoga mats and yoga blocks. Our staff can arrange on-site personal training or yoga/pilates classes at your discretion.
5. Palm Cottage
Tucked away amongst the lush greenery of the gardens, the Palm Cottage features a king size bed, a small kitchenette, satellite tv, an ensuite bathroom with alfresco shower, and a private ocean view terrace with two sun loungers.
6. Master Bedroom
Located on the upper main floor, the master bedroom features a king size canopy bed, private ocean view terrace, two separate bathrooms each with their own dressing area, one with a luxurious tub and a shared outdoor shower.
7. Beach Lady
Located on the lower terrace, the Beach Lady room features a king size bed, two built-in closets, satellite tv, and an ensuite bathroom with a large bathtub and alfresco shower. Beach Lady and Ocean Room share a large outdoor terrace.
8. Ocean
The Ocean room is inspired by the caribbean sea, which you can view from the bedside window. It features a king size bed, two built-in closets, satellite tv, and an ensuite bathroom with a large bathtub and alfresco shower. The Ocean room shares a large outdoor terrace with the Beach Lady room, and is located on the lower floor.
9. Seahorse
Located on the lower floor, the Seahorse room is perfect for anyone with a newborn or small child. In addition to a king size bed, this room also includes a small crib and a baby tub in the ensuite bathroom, an interior shower, satellite tv and a very spacious sitting area.
10. Chanticleer
Located on the lower floor, the Chanticleer room is inspired by the many chickens found on Harbour Island. Chanticleer has a queen size bed, stunning views and a private terrace which connects to the library. The ensuite contains an interior shower.
11. Media Room
Located on the upper main floor, the media room equipped with satellite, local cable and Apple TV, as well as a selection of puzzles and games. The beautiful, large sectional that wraps around the room is big enough for the entire family.
12. Main Salon / Dining Area
Located on the upper main floor, the villa's main open-concept interior features a luxurious lounge and dining table under high, vaulted ceilings, fringed by delightful seashell molding. The décor is exquisite throughout, from the original artwork on the walls, to the lovely parquet floors and charming palms of carved wood. The Caribbean Ocean is never out of sight, and the interior positively glows with its changing light.
13. Upper & Lower Terrace
Wide doors open from the villa's main salon and dining area to the upper terrace, with another spacious lounge and elegant alfresco dining table. Twin staircases lead you to the lower floor veranda, with another lounge area, two porch swings, and a ping pong table.
14. Office
Just off the main salon/dining area is our dedicated office space, featuring a large wooden desk, a desktop computer with high-speed internet, and a small sitting area.
15. Library
Down the stairs from the media room is our light-filled library, with beautiful views of the garden, two reading chairs and a large desk.
16. Beach Area
A set of stairs leads you from the outdoor dining pavilion down to the stunning Pink Sands Beach, where sun chairs and umbrellas are set up daily for your use. Sea kayaks, paddle boards, and other ocean toys are available for your use, with a staff member always on hand to assist you and offer refreshments.
